Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear from EPDClothing. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders that are not delivered
- Incorrect items sent by mistake
To be eligible, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** with:
- Your order number
- A photo (if applicable)
- A short explanation of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do NOT offer refunds on:
- Custom orders (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
3. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If a return is required, we’ll provide shipping instructions.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
Prefer a different size or design? We offer:
- Exchanges for unworn/unwashed items within 14 days
- Store credit if you'd rather browse our collection again
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact us after verifying with the carrier
We’ll do our best to help, but please understand EPDClothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
