Shipping Timeframes;
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs delays.
Tracking Your Order;
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder—or reach out to us.
Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your order is marked as "delivered" but hasn't shown up:
1. Double-check your shipping address.
2. Look around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, neighbors).
3. Contact your local post office or carrier.

Damaged or Missing Items;
We get it—things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or something’s missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
- A brief explanation of the issue
We'll send a replacement or refund you depending on the situation.
Returns & Exchanges;
We offer exchanges or store credit for most unworn/unwashed items within 14 days. For more info, please see our Return Policy.
